30-Day Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods or personalized items.
How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@myurbanstitch.com. Please have your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return ready. Our friendly team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
